This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within Australia.

Delivery Estimates

We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Our current estimates:

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT, Melbourne time). Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded)
Transit time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 7–11 business days from the moment you place your order

These figures are estimates rather than guarantees — busy periods, public holidays and carrier disruptions can occasionally add time.
